For operational improvement and cost reduction initiatives we have a unique billing model which bills clients for 10% of the client's first full year savings per project. It's a simple, direct and clearly communicated concept, if the client does not save, we don't earn.

Our business transformation approach utilizes an integration of strengths-based behavioral science and problem-focused operations research methodologies. We identify and build upon a client's core strengths and past successes as we concurrently identify and correct operational problems, weaknesses and disconnects.

Our methodology has been developed in part via research conducted by Nick Dayton, in a joint program with Taos Institute and Universiteit van Tlburg, Oldendorff Research Institute, Netherlands.   This research is his PhD dissertation in Social Sciences.  Nick's first PhD was in Operations Research.  Taos Institute is the leader in Social and Behavioral Sciences, Social Construction Theory research and publication, and Universiteit van Tilburg is a premier European research university specializing in Social Sciences.
