Our President, Nick Dayton, PhD, has over 20 years in the medical device and pharmaceutical business managing quality assurance and operations. He is available to consult on a wide variety of business process improvement, Lean Six Sigma, quality assurance and regulatory compliance issues. He is a thought leader in 21 CFR Part 11 compliance with more than 40 conference presentations and numerous journal articles and is a core team member of the PDA Part 11 Task Force. He is experienced and innovative in computer systems validation and electronic documentation systems development and validation.
Nick has current management experience as a corporate vice president in a commercial products corporation, and director level management experience in Fortune 500 Pharmaceutical and Medical Device corporations, in creating global value, business excellence, business process improvement, Lean Six Sigma, divisional tactical and corporate strategic quality and compliance management. Nick is a Certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt, TQM expert and is on the Board of Examiners for the Baldrige National Quality Program administered by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) of the U.S. Commerce Department.
