Our Managing Director and Lead Social Scientist,
Nick Dayton, PhD, has over 20 years in the medical device and pharmaceutical business managing quality assurance and operations. He is available to consult on a wide variety of business process improvement, Lean Six Sigma, quality assurance and regulatory compliance issues. He is a thought leader in 21 CFR Part 11 compliance with more than 40 conference presentations and numerous journal articles and is a core team member of the PDA Part 11 Task Force. He is experienced and innovative in social science research with expertise in qualitative and quantitative research and analysis.
Nick has leadership experience as corporate vice president in a commercial chemicals corporation and director level management experience in Fortune 500 Pharmaceutical and Medical Device corporations creating and implementing global value, business excellence, and divisional tactical and corporate strategic quality and compliance management initiatives. Nick is a Certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt, TQM expert, and is on the Board of Examiners for the Baldrige National Quality Program.
